Haymaker Harvest Dinner
We’re proud to share that Bell Tower Brewing is the exclusive drink sponsor for this year’s Haymaker Harvest Dinner, a four-course farm-to-table fundraiser supporting Haymaker Farmers’ Market.
The dinner will take place Sunday, August 9, 2026, at The Barn at Walnut Drive. It is built around the best of the season, with ingredients sourced directly from Haymaker Farmers’ Market vendors and the surrounding land. Each course reflects what is being grown, harvested, baked, and produced right now in our local food community.
The menu will be prepared by NOSH Creative Catering and paired with Bell Tower beer throughout the evening. Guests will start with a happy hour featuring seasonal passed appetizers, then move into a four-course seated dinner with beer pairings selected to bring out the flavors of each dish.
Pairings include Anniversary Kölsch with the first course, Hallowed Saison with the Haymaker Vegetable Salad, Gloria Belgian Dubbel with the Heritage Farm Chicken entrée, and Idle Wind Belgian Golden Strong with the Portage Harvest Cake. Vegan and omnivore menu options are available.
This evening is more than a beautiful dinner. It is a fundraiser that helps Haymaker Farmers’ Market continue its work connecting local people to local food and expanding access to fresh, locally grown ingredients across our community.
