Summer Beer Dinner

This evening captures the spirit of the business – combining excellent beer in a variety of styles paired with scratch-made food as a perfect compliment. The brewer, Jennifer Hermann, and Executive Chef, Justin Ruffing, will guide guests through this epicurean journey for what will certainly be a jovial night to remember.

This is a one-night only event with very limited capacity. Ticket includes all beer and food, no tip is included.

Join us for a unique exploration of the vibrant tastes of Italy accompanied by a diverse assortment of classic and contemporary beer styles that promise to delight your palate.

Hors d’oeuvres: Focaccia – Warm, house-baked focaccia infused with roasted garlic and garden herbs, crowned with torched rosemary and served with balsamic reduction and olive oil. 

5 oz Switch Tower, WCIPA, 7% 65 IBU

First Course: Seafood Brodetto – Soup of tender calamari and shrimp simmered in a fragrant tomato-herb broth, with Calabrian chili for heat

10 oz Geist der Glocke, German Pilsner, 5% 37 IBU

Second Course: Osso buco manicotti – Hand-rolled manicotti filled with braised veal osso buco, simmered in a red wine-tomato reduction, finished with a gremolada of lemon zest, garlic, and Italian parsley

5 oz Daffodil Hill, Maibock, 6% 25 IBU

Third Course: Green gazpacho – Chilled and vibrant blend of cucumber, ripe melon, green bell peppers, and creamy avocado, with a touch of sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil

Fourth Course: Halibut en Papillote – Delicate halibut fillet gently steamed in parchment with aromatic fresh herbs, white wine, and butter 

10 oz Hallowed, Belgian Saison, 6.6% 25 IBU

Dessert: Lemon Sorbeto – traditional Italian frozen summer dessert made with fresh lemons, sugar, water, and egg whites for a smooth and creamy texture topped with micro mint served in a lemon half.
