Both events are sponsored by Ravensburger and feature great prizes, door giveaways, and plenty of puzzle fun. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Bell Tower throughout the evening.

Seed Starting Workshop with Seasons Microfarm

On Saturday, March 21st at 3:00 PM, we’re teaming up with Seasons Micro Farm for a hands-on Seed Starting Workshop.

Every participant will make their own starts and leave with 20 herb seedlings, 4 tomato starts, and a simple worksheet to guide you through the growing process. You’ll also learn about sustainable farming practices, the benefits of growing your own food, and how to use soil blocks for a low-waste, ecological approach to seed starting. The owner of Seasons Micro Farm will lead the workshop and host a Q&A throughout.

Open to all ages, your ticket includes 10% off food and beverage at Bell Tower that day, so plan to stay, grab a beer, and make an afternoon of it.

Purchase tickets here.

March for Art Celebration

All month long, downtown Kent becomes a gallery, and we’re proud to be part of it.

March for Art, presented by Main Street Kent and Kent City Schools, showcases student artwork from Davey Elementary, Walls Elementary, Stanton Middle School Art Club, and Roosevelt High School. From March 1 through March 31, their work will be displayed at 17 locations throughout downtown, including right here at Bell Tower. We’ll also be participating in a March for Art Celebration, on March 13th, from 5:30-7:30 PM.

We’re honored to host student art in our space and look forward to meeting the artists and their families as they explore downtown. There’s nothing better than seeing young creativity on display where the community gathers.

To learn more about the program and participating businesses, visit Main Street Kent’s website. We can’t wait to share our space with these talented students.

Witchy Boots @ The Kent Stage

Last month, we hosted a private screening of Witchy Boots, a PBS documentary celebrating the women who shape the craft beer industry, here at Bell Tower. So many of you came out, filled the taproom, and helped us celebrate Jennifer being featured in the documentary. It was a pretty special night for us.

Now Witchy Boots is coming to The Kent Stage. We hope you’ll join us on International Women’s Day, Sunday, March 8 at 7:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:30 PM. There’s something fitting about showing this film on a day that honors women, especially here in our own hometown.

A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Pink Boots Society Cleveland Chapter. Purchase tickets here.
