Second Course: Osso buco manicotti – Hand-rolled manicotti filled with braised veal osso buco, simmered in a red wine-tomato reduction, finished with a gremolada of lemon zest, garlic, and Italian parsley

Third Course: Green gazpacho – Chilled and vibrant blend of cucumber, ripe melon, green bell peppers, and creamy avocado, with a touch of sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
